Sprinks silicone baking & pastry mat is a non stick mat that comes with a removable silicone tie for easy storage. Includes a pastry width measuring guide of the surface, BPA free, made from quality platinum silicone. Suitable for rolling doughs, pastries, cookie dough and fondant icings. Can be baked on, or frozen with a temperature range of -40°C to 250°C. The mat is dishwasher safe, guaranteed for up to 3000 uses.
